Netflix

The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window
There are crime thrillers with female protagonists like The Girl on the Train or The Woman in the Window, and then there’s the new The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window that dials it up a notch or two. Starring Kristen Bell as Anna, who is struggling with mental health issues and loneliness, until one evening she witnesses a murder.

All of Us Are Dead
There are K-dramas, there’s Squid Games, and now there’s a new Korean zombie-horror series, called All of Us are Dead. If the trailer is anything to go by, expect a lot of craziness, and enough gore to make you throw up your lunch.

The Sinner (season 4)
Bill Pullman is once again reprising his role of Harry Ambrose, possibly for the last time. But everything he wants to get away from seems to have followed him to the island as well.

Apple TV+

The Afterparty
Who says a murder mystery can’t be funny? Apple TV+ is putting a humorous spin on the classic genre with The Afterparty. The eight-episode series follows a detective who is investigating a murder that has occured at a high school reunion party. What’s really interesting is that each episode is about a character’s account of what happened that night, and is shot through the lens of a different popular film genre. So based on the character, an episode is shot as a musical or as an action movie.

Discovery+

American Detective with Joe Kenda (season 2)
True crime aficionados will welcome the return of Lt. Joe Kenda to another season of narrating some of his most intriguing cases with gruesome details. For the uninitiated, Kenda is a 23-year veteran of the Colorado Springs Police Department, who spent 21 years chasing killers as a homicide detective and commander of the major crimes unit.
