BenQ has unveiled two new wireless conferencing solutions – the InstaShow VS25 and WDC15. Designed for collaborative environments, the InstaShow VS25 supports up to 64 paired devices and enables four presenters to share content simultaneously.

It delivers 4K resolution at 60Hz and supports touchback control for easy interaction with the presentation. The system integrates with major video conferencing platforms, including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. With built-in Wi-Fi 6 and a dedicated hardware connection, it operates independently of existing network setups, promising fast, secure, and stable performance.

The WDC15, on the other hand, is built for boardrooms and corporate learning spaces, supporting up to 16 presenters to simplify meeting workflows. Like the VS25, it eliminates the need for apps or IT support, tackling common pain points in digital and hybrid meetings.

Both InstaShow models offer broad compatibility, supporting screen-sharing via Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, and Miracast. This ensures connection across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices, no guest Wi-Fi or dongles required.

On the security front, both models offer AES-128 encryption, WPA3 support, and CVSS 4.0 compliance, making them ideal for industries with strict regulations like BFSI, healthcare, and government.

The InstaShow VS25 is priced at Rs.1,99,000 while the WDC15 costs Rs. 99,000.
