Vivo X200s is powered by a 3nm Dimensity 9400+ chip

Alongside the flagship X200 Ultra, Vivo has also launched the X200s in China. At its core is MediaTek’s freshly minted 3nm Dimensity 9400+ chip — an octa-core processor with as much as 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.

Photography enthusiasts will find plenty to like, courtesy of a Zeiss-tuned camera setup. The triple camera array on the rear includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor (1/1.56-inch) with OIS and a f/1.57 aperture, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide with an f/2.0 aperture, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens (1/1.95-inch) featuring OIS and an f/2.57 aperture for zoomed-in precision. On the front, there’s a 32MP selfie snapper with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Vivo X200s features a 6.67-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC paired with an Immortalis-G925 GPU and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. It comes loaded with OriginOS 15, based on Android 15.

The X200s is powered by a 6,200mAh cell, supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging for quick top-ups. The handset also boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. On the connectivity front, it covers all the bases, 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, USB Type-C, and support for global navigation systems including Beidou, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and QZSS. 

Pricing for the Vivo X200s in China starts at CNY 4,199 (around ₹49,000).
