2022 Hyundai Venue facelift launched with updated exteriors and interiors

Prices start from ₹7.53 lakh

The Hyundai Venue has just received a mid-life nip and tuck. It now boasts a design language that’s similar to the larger Hyundai SUVs available globally, and a refreshed tech-laden cabin.
The highlight of the Venue’s design is the prominent 'Parametric Jewel Grille' up front, which uses chrome rather generously. The headlights continue to sit low on the new bumper, while the tail lights are now connected by a full-length lightbar. There are seven colour options to choose from – Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Denim Blue, Titan Grey, Fiery Red, and a dual-tone option (Fiery Red with Black Roof).
On the inside, while the layout remains the same, there’s now a new dual-tone finish. There’s also a lot of tech added, including digital instrument cluster, electric front seat adjustment, 8in infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, over 60 BlueLink connected features, and support for over 12 languages.
Additionally, there’s support for Google Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa for voice commands. Users can ask the assistant for climate control, door lock/unlock, find my car, tyre pressure, fuel levels, and more.
The new Venue gets two petrol engines and one diesel engine option. It starts with a 1.2L NA petrol engine with 82hp,1.0L Turbo petrol with 118hp power, and a 1.5L diesel unit with 99hp. These powertrains are mated to 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT, and a 7-speed DCT.
The Venue facelift will be available in six variants – E, S, S+, S(O), SX and SX(O). Prices start from ₹7.53 lakh and go up to ₹12,32,000 (ex-showroom).
