Apple has launched the latest versions of the MacBook Pro, featuring the M4 series of processors. With prices starting at Rs. 1,69,900, the new MacBook Pro devices don't see any other major changes, and have the same design and most specifications remaining in place. Depending on the variant you buy, you can get the M4, M4 Pro, or M4 Max processor, available across both the 14-inch and 16-inch screen size variants.
The new MacBook Pro laptops come with at least 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, but you can customise the specs according to your requirements. Other changes in the new MacBook Pro laptops include slight improvements to the Liquid XDR display for improving brightness, a new 12-megapixel Centre Stage camera, and Thunderbolt 5 support. Of course, the new MacBook Pro laptops come with macOS Sequoia, and also support Apple Intelligence.

In addition, the MacBook Air series also gets a minor upgrade, although not quite as significant as on the Pro this time around. All Air models with M2 and M3 chips now come with 16GB of RAM as standard, at no additional price. You can therefore now get the MacBook Air 13 with the M2 processor with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage at Rs. 99,900. The larger 15-inch MacBook Air starts at Rs. 1,34,900 for the 16GB RAM and 256GB storage option.
