Asus Zenfone 10 is the smallest flagship smartphone

Guess who’s the smallest and lightest of all!

Asus Zenfone 9 defied the notion that bigger is better. The mighty morsel of a smartphone was small in size but packed pretty decent features. Now, the Zenfone 10 struts onto the scene with its narrow frame, proving that good things can (sometimes) come in small packages.

Leading the charge in the features department is the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which is the same one found in some flagship phones including the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Xiaomi 13. The Zenfone 10 (actually) elevates the game by offering expanded internal storage options of up to 512GB!

It boasts up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 4,300mAh battery pack, plus it also brings the convenience of wireless charging to the table. As for its design, the Zenfone 10 remains loyal to its predecessor with a 5.9in AMOLED display. The smartphone also has a 144Hz refresh rate, 1100 nits of peak brightness and Gorilla Glass Victus for protection. An interesting tidbit — this phone stands out as one of the smallest and lightest flagships of 2023, weighing just 172g.

Looks-wise, the Zenfone 10 introduces subtle changes like the camera rings have undergone a redesign that Asus says, have been adjusted to offer a “more distinct and discrete design”. And, the brand has graced us with a new colour option — Aurora Green.

The Zenfone 10 flaunts a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor alongside a 13MP ultra-wide lens. And for all you selfie-lovers, the front-facing camera has received an upgrade, boasting an impressive 32MP lens. The Asus Zenfone 10 comes in three storage variants for a starting price of EUR 799 (approx. ₹71,260). There’s no word about it coming to India at the time of writing.
