Indian game studio Masala Games is stirring up excitement for PC gamers with the announcement of Detective Dotson. The upcoming narrative-driven game puts players in the shoes of a detective and they have to unravel the mystery behind their father's demise. Detective Dotson is now listed on Steam, you can wish list ahead of its scheduled release later this year.
According to the developers, the game is “inspired by Bollywood and Indian TV shows like CID, and it is complete with a unique narrative.” The gameplay trailer teases the diverse range of tasks players will tackle in Detective Dotson. From pursuing criminals and uncovering clues to crafting disguises for infiltration, spying on foes, and enlisting teammates for help, the game seems to promise a thrilling investigative experience.
To play Detective Dotson, you'll need at least Windows 10 (or macOS Sierra), an Intel Core i3-3240 or AMD FX-4300 processor, 8GB of RAM, and a graphics card like the Radeon HD 7750 or GeForce GT 640. Linux users will require Ubuntu 20.04 or later. The game is relatively light on storage, requiring 1GB so we think installing it on most machines would be rather easy.
