On December 12, the iQOO 12 is slated for its India debut. iQOO has officially confirmed the smartphone will have the fresh Funtouch OS 14, built on Android 14. Additionally, it's being pitched as the first phone in India to showcase the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

The phone, already launched in China, features a 6.78-inch display with a resolution of 1,260x2,800 pixels, a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. As for its camera game, it packs a 50MP primary camera for detailed snaps, a 64MP telephoto lens that flexes a 100x digital zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Plus, the 16MP front camera for those selfies and video chats!

In the storage department, the iQOO 12 is expected to come with 1TB of space to stash all your digital goodies. Additionally, it has an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock for easy access. And when it comes to power, the smartphone rocks a 5,000mAh battery, capable of 120W charging to keep you going without any long waits!

In the Chinese market, the iQOO 12 is available in several configurations, with prices starting at CNY 3,999 (approximately ₹45,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The range extends to CNY 4,299 (around ₹50,000) for the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage version and tops out at CNY 4,699 (approximately ₹53,000) for the 16GB RAM + 1TB storage variant.
