Disney's 100th-anniversary celebration keeps on rolling with interesting collaborations. Remember (we told you about) the stylish Vespa Primavera sporting the iconic Mickey Mouse design? Well, Disney's latest partnership is with Fossil, and it has brought forth a capsule collection featuring limited- and special-edition timepieces, leather goods, and jewellery – all drawing inspiration from the timeless and beloved Mickey Mouse.
The watches in this collection are built on Fossil's Heritage watch platform, featuring a 43mm three-piece case, Japanese automatic movement, and a double-domed, sapphire crystal. There are three variants — the Classic Disney Mickey Mouse watch, the Sketch Disney Mickey Mouse watch and the Shadow Disney Mickey Mouse Watch. Each style has got a custom-designed caseback featuring an original Disney Mickey Mouse illustration, and even the crown has the character's iconic silhouette. Fossil has also unveiled five timepieces exclusively for Fossil Outlet. These beauties draw inspiration from the vintage animations of Disney, so you'll find beloved characters like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Pluto making appearances. These are a bit economical and start at ₹14,995.
In addition to the timepieces, Disney | Fossil collection has Disney-inspired leather goods. There's the canteen bag (₹16,995), adorned with a gunmetal chain. Disney | Fossil's limited-edition jewellery is crafted from stainless steel with either sleek black or opulent gold plating, these pieces are adorned with hand-placed pavé crystals. For the Disney Mickey Mouse collection, there's a figurine necklace (₹9,495), an ID plaque necklace (₹11,995) and an ID plaque bracelet (₹9,495). These monochromatic pieces are adorned with hematite crystals, adding a touch of elegance to your Disney nostalgia.
Now, if you're all about Minnie Mouse's playful spirit and style, there are separate pieces for you to choose from. This line-up features gold-tone stainless steel jewellery that has got Minnie’s signature polka dots and bows through hand-placed pavé crystals.
