GoPro Hero 11 Black brings the Hero 11 Black Mini where size matters

‘Black’ is the new black

This is for all the camera lovers out there. GoPro just launched the latest additions to its signature Hero range —  Hero 11 Black, Hero 11 Black Creator Edition and Hero 11 Black Mini, all specific to users’ needs.

The new Black variants come with a long list of features. All of these cameras sport a larger than before 27MP sensor, 10-bit colour depth, HyperSmooth 5.0 video stabilization and the new HyperView which takes the 8:7 aspect ratio footage served up by the new image sensor and delivers it as a wide-angle 16:9 shot. There’s also a new Enduro Battery which basically works better in colder regions and also extends record time by 38% according to GoPro. GoPro has addressed the shortcomings of the battery life with the Enduro Battery but only time will tell how long it will last. You still be able to go 10m (33ft) underwater with the thing and attach all media mods including Max Lens Mod.

Another interesting feature of the new GoPro Hero 11 Black cameras is the upgraded subscription service. Now, you can get highlight videos automatically just by putting your camera on charge. As soon as the new Hero camera is placed on charging, the footage will automatically be uploaded to your GoPro cloud account where it will be edited into a highlight video and sent to your phone via the GoPro Quik app. Sadly, this feature will not be available in India. The GoPro Hero 11 Black is priced at 51,500 meanwhile the Mini will cost you 41,500.
