HP EliteBook Ultra G1i packs a 9MP camera and a sizable trackpad

The HP EliteBook Ultra G1i is the brand’s latest AI powerhouse wrapped in a thin, 1.19kg chassis. Under the hood, Intel’s Core Ultra 5 and 7 (Series 2) processors flex up to 48 TOPS of NPU performance.

HP claims this is the world’s first AI business notebook sporting a 9MP camera, dual microphones, and AI-powered Poly Camera Pro, making remote meetings sharper and brighter. Add a 120Hz 3K OLED display and the largest haptic trackpad on a business laptop, as per HP. 

Sustainability is baked in, with 90% recycled magnesium in its chassis, 50% post-consumer recycled plastic in the keycaps, and 100% recyclable packaging—all without compromising performance. Smart, stylish, and seriously powerful.

HP isn’t stopping at just one AI-powered device. Enter the EliteBook X G1i, a machine built for AI-driven insights, collaboration, and all-day battery life. Packing Intel Core Ultra 5 and 7 processors with up to 48 TOPS of NPU performance, HP says it breezes through meeting transcriptions and presentations.

The EliteBook X Flip G1i, at 1.4kg, is a shape-shifting device that flips between laptop, tablet, and tent modes, adapting to your workflow on the fly. It also pairs with the HP Rechargeable Active Pen for note-taking. HP Sure Sense AI optimises performance while keeping battery life in check, and a fingerprint sensor built into the power key ensures quick, secure logins.

HP isn’t cutting corners on collaboration, either. Poly Camera Pro brings background adjustments and auto-framing, while four Poly Studio-tuned speakers ensure clear audio for calls that sound as sharp as they look. On the security front, HP’s Endpoint Security Controller (ESC) steps up to guard against quantum computing threats. Sustainability also gets a nod, with over 70% recycled materials keeping things eco-friendly while reducing energy consumption.

Price-wise, the EliteBook Ultra G1i 14-inch lands at ₹2,67,223, the EliteBook X G1i 14-inch at ₹2,23,456, and the EliteBook X Flip G1i 14-inch at ₹2,58,989.
