The chipset is coupled with an Adreno 830 GPU and is accompanied by iQOO’s proprietary Supercomputing Chip Q2, which is said to offer 144FPS game frame interpolation and 2K super-resolution. The phone runs on the latest Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. iQOO also promises the long haul—four years of OS updates and five years of security patches.

iQOO 13 is also claimed to feature the world’s first Q10 2K 144Hz Ultra Eyecare Display with dynamic Monster Halo which flashes to provide real-time alerts for calls, messages, gaming, and music. The phone features a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED screen that hits a 144Hz refresh rate, delivers visuals with 510ppi, and lights up with 1,800nits peak brightness (in high brightness mode). The RGB Halo light that wraps around the camera island doubles as a notification indicator, and gamers will appreciate its dynamic flair with 72 adjustable lighting combinations.

The iQOO 13 packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX816 telephoto lens with 4x lossless zoom. Up front, there’s a 32MP selfie shooter capable of 4K video at 60FPS, complemented by Vivo’s imaging algorithm for enhanced processing.

Fueling the phone is a 6,000mAh battery that promises a full charge in 30 minutes using the included 120W fast charger. It’s built tough too, with IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, plus a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Priced at ₹54,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant and ₹59,999 for the 16GB+512GB model, the iQOO 13 is available in two finishes – Legend and Nardo Grey.
