JBL’s new TUNE 2 series TWS has a bud for every ear

JBL has announced the launch of its Tune Series 2 line in India, featuring three brand new styles: the BEAM 2, the BUDS 2, and the FLEX 2. Each style is designed for listeners with different preferences and comfort levels, ensuring that those particular about their earbuds can find a perfect fit for their ears. JBL’s new TUNES are set to hit stores on April 17th, 2025, at starting prices of ₹9,499 for the BUDS 2, ₹10,499 for the FLEX 2, and ₹11,999 for the BEAM 2, in black, blue and white colours.
The Tune Series 2 offers a variety of all-around improvements, starting with the audio. With features such as Adaptive Noise Cancelling, enhanced drivers and Spatial Sound systems, Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio and six microphones built into the bud. ANC should be top-notch as well, thanks to those microphones providing much-needed peace to those taking a walk through busy streets or those suffering from SRWSS (Sharing Room With Sibling Syndrome). JBL’s TalkThru mode is also available in the Tune Series 2, which, when activated, lowers all music volume and enhances speech, allowing for conversations without any need to remove your headphones.
Unlike cheaper products, the Tune Series 2 earbuds are built for durability, with an impressive battery life of up to 48 hours, as well as IP54 water and dust resistance. These earbuds will make for reliable companions during long runs, solitary hikes or even for daily use. JBL plans on boosting its user experience through the brand new Personi-Fi 3.0, giving you the ability to customize your listening experience through the JBL Headphones app.
When it comes to which of the three products to go for, the BUDS, the BEAM, and the FLEX have largely similar specs, except for the FLEX, which has a 12mm driver, as opposed to the 10mm drivers of its brothers, but at the end of the day, it comes down to comfort, due to the different styles of this series, it's up to you to find the style which works best with your ears.
