Nothing has unveiled the Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro, bringing its signature transparent design to the latest lineup. A standout addition is the Essential Key on the right side. This button lets you record, take photos, and access other functions. Pressing it opens Essential Space, an AI-powered hub designed for smarter, faster interactions. Meanwhile, the Glyph Interface is still here, keeping Nothing’s signature light-based notifications in place.

The Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro stick to Nothing’s signature design language but with a few key tweaks. The flat plastic frame remains, but the back is now glass. The pill-shaped camera module from the Phone 2a has been refined—on the Phone 3a, it houses a larger sensor, while the Phone 3a Pro swaps it out for a full-circle module.

Both phones feature a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, they run on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The Phone 3a offers up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, while the 3a Pro steps it up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

Both Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro run on Nothing OS 3.1, based on Android 15, straight out of the box. Nothing promises three major OS updates and four years of security patches, ensuring long-term software support. Powering the devices is a 5,000mAh battery with 50W wired charging.

Where they differ is in the camera setup. The Phone 3a is equipped with a 50MP main sensor featuring OIS and EIS, a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical and 4x in-sensor zoom, and an 8MP Sony ultrawide camera. Up front, there’s a 32MP selfie camera.
