Nothing’s new Ear, Ear (a) wireless buds launched in India for ₹11,999 and ₹7,999

Splash of colour, splash of sound, all in a pair of ears!

Nothing is on a roll with their latest releases — the Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear (a), priced at ₹11,999 and ₹7,999. These are the company's fourth and fifth products in the headphone category.

Equipped with 11mm dynamic drivers, the Nothing Ear and Ear (a) support up to 45dB ANC and include a transparency mode. They offer multipoint connectivity, allowing them to be paired with two devices simultaneously. These earphones also feature an in-ear detection feature and support Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair.

The earphones are also equipped with pinch controls for managing various functions. They are compatible with the Nothing X application, which enables you to customise the sound according to your preferences.

The standout feature is the integration of ChatGPT. Using the latest Nothing OS and a simple pinch gesture, you can directly chat with ChatGPT through the earbuds when connected to Nothing phones.

Interestingly, the more affordable Nothing Ear (a) adds a splash of colour to a Nothing device for the first time, they’re available in yellow. But the earbuds themselves look just like the pricier Ears, right down to the components you can see through the transparent part of the stem.

The Nothing Ear offers a total battery life of up to 40.5 hours, while the Ear (a) provides a total playback time of up to 42.5 hours. Both the charging cases and the earbuds feature Nothing's signature transparent design.

Nothing Ear earbuds come with an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance and the charging case has an IP55 rating. Meanwhile, the Nothing Ear (a) earbuds have the same certification but the case has an IPX2 rating. Both earphones also support Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
