Nvidia G-Sync support is coming to Samsung OLED TVs

A treat for gamers who like their battles big, bold, and buttery-smooth!

Samsung has officially revealed that its 2025 OLED TVs are getting a gaming-friendly upgrade, with Nvidia G-Sync support rolling out first on the flagship S95F. The rest of the OLED lineup will join the party later this year. G-Sync aligns the TV’s refresh rate with your GPU’s frame output, which helps eliminate screen tearing and stutters. The result is a much smoother, more fluid gaming experience—especially handy when the action’s fast and frantic.

Samsung’s 2025 OLED TVs come with a suite of features designed to elevate the gaming experience across the board. AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, brings adaptive sync compatibility to a wider range of GPUs for tear-free, fluid gameplay. Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) kicks in to minimise input lag, ensuring fast response times when it matters most. There’s also the Samsung Gaming Hub, a central access point for console and cloud gaming platforms like Xbox and GeForce Now—no additional hardware needed.

AI Auto Game Mode adjusts picture and sound settings based on the genre and scene, while the Game Bar overlays key performance metrics and settings tweaks without interrupting gameplay. Plus, Samsung’s 2025 OLED TVs also come equipped with AI Upscaling, Glare-Free screen tech and SmartThings integration.

While the G-Sync support is confirmed to debut on the flagship S95F, Samsung has said that the feature will expand to other models in the lineup later this year, though an exact rollout date hasn’t been pinned down yet.
