Samsung Galaxy M13 is a battery monster with an affordable price tag

Long lasting

Samsung has added to its lineup of affordable smartphones with its latest Galaxy M13 series. The launch includes LTE and 5G variants, and they both come with monster batteries under the hood.
The Galaxy M13 is powered by a 6,000mAh battery (5,000mAh on the 5G model), which seems big enough to last more than a day on a single charge. Unlike the trend these days, the phones do come with a 15W charger in the box. Samsung has also included an AI Power Management onboard, which does its bit to eke out the maximum juice from the battery.
Specs-wise there’s quite a bit differentiating the two variants. Starting with the 5G variant, you get a 6.5in FHD+ LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip under the hood, up to 6GB of RAM, and 128GB storage.
Other features include dual-camera setup (50MP+2MP macro), 5MP selfie snapper, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and it runs Android 12-based OneUI 4.0.
The LTE variant, on the other hand, gets a 6.6in FHD+ display, Exynos 850 processor, 4GB of RAM, and up to 128GB storage. Other features include triple-camera setup (50MP+5MP ultra-wide+2MP depth), 8MP selfie snapper, and it too runs Android 12-based One UI Core 4.1.
Prices for the Samsung Galaxy M13 series start from ₹11,999 for the LTE variant, and go up to ₹15,999 for the 5G-enabled top variant. Sales kick off from July 23.
