Ever found yourself stuck between a square dial watch and a round one? Well, you're not alone. Way back in 1982, the Swatch bosses had that same head-scratcher. Fast forward four decades, Swatch has circled back to the square prototype and gave birth to the 'What If' collection.
The Bioceramic What If Collection has four styles with square cases. You've got your pick from green, grey, black, and beige, all rockin' a 33mm x 33mm matte-finished case made from Swatch’s bioceramic material (made by combining ceramic with bio-sourced materials).
Bioceramic isn't just for the case – it's for the crown and buckles too. Plus, there is a bio-sourced edge-to-edge glass that gives a side view of the dial (totally new for Swatch). All the watches run on quartz movements and rock matching straps made from eco-friendly bio-sourced material.
The watches in this collection come with glowy hands and a sweet 3 o'clock day-date thing. But the real deal? Those totally tubular '80s-inspired dial designs that make each one stand out. The back of these watches got a battery cover with a print of the OG dial they were inspired by. The What If collection watches come for a starting price of $110 (approx ₹9100).
