Jaguar recently underwent a massive rebranding exercise, highlighted by its new 'Copy Nothing' slogan. The change in approach and styling has been polarising, with many criticising the move away from legacy and classic branding to what feels a bit awkward for a brand that has been known for its luxury cars. However, the first car to be revealed as part of the reimagining has had the wraps taken off it, and maybe this new 21st-century Jaguar might just be onto something.
The Jaguar Type 00 has been unveiled at the Miami Art Week in Florida, highlighting the brand's move towards becoming an electric-only car maker. That said, this is a concept car entirely, meant to showcase the design ethos of the new-look Jaguar, which also changed how its branding will appear recently. This concept shows off 23-inch alloy wheels, flush surfaces, glassless rear tailgate, and a panoramic sun roof, and has been shown in two colours.

Moving away from the concept philosophy, Jaguar's first production electric car will be launched in late 2025, and will be a four-door GT built in the UK. It will use Jaguar Electric Architecture, with a target range of 770km per charge. It's all a bit confusing, but we'll find out where Jaguar is really going with this in due course.
