This ain't your grandma's electric scooter. The SuperStreet (Recon variant) packs a 10.3kWh battery punch, delivering a peak power output of 30kW (that's 40.2 hp for the petrolheads) and a tire-shredding 100 Nm of torque. 0 to 60 km/h? Try a mere 2.8 seconds. Top speed? A cool 155 km/h. And with an IDC range of 323 km, you can leave range anxiety in the dust. Now if you’re wondering if these numbers sound very similar to the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 then you’re absolutely right. The SuperStreet and Mach 2 are pretty much similar besides their handlebar positioning. Ultraviolette has increased the handlebar height by 80 to 90mm and made it wider as well by roughly 30mm which results in a more upright riding position. No more back aches, eh?
The SuperStreet comes in two variants: the standard SuperStreet and the SuperStreet Recon, each available in four eye-popping colours: Turbo Red, Afterburner Yellow, Stellar White, and Cosmic Black. The standard SuperStreet variant outputs 27kW (36.2 hp) and a peak torque of 90 Nm. It has a 7.1kWh battery with an IDC range of 211 km. And if you're looking to pimp your ride, Ultraviolette offers a whole range of accessories, from aero discs to panniers.
But the SuperStreet is more than just brute force. It's got brains too. We're talking 3-level traction control, 10 levels of regenerative braking, hill hold, and even movement alerts to keep your precious ride safe. Plus, they've thrown in a TYPE 2 interface so you can charge up at any AC Electric Vehicle Public Charging Station (EVPCS) across India.
So, what's the damage? Prices start at a cool ₹2,99,000, with bookings starting from today, 31st Jan 2025 and deliveries commencing in March 2025.
