Titan Elixir review: Design

The Titan Elixir breaks away from the mold of typical smartwatches with a design that feels equally at home with festive attire and everyday workwear. Its standout feature is the diamond-cut faceted glass, paired with ceramic-infused bracelets. The faceted glass adds a dimension to the display, catching light in a way that’s sort of elegant.

Unlike the common smartwatch design, often inspired by the original Apple Watch’s rectangular structure with rounded edges, the Elixir leans heavily into a classical aesthetic. The circular dial is sleek, sophisticated. This makes it a good match for traditional Indian wear.

That said, the broad bezel is a slight drawback, especially when paired with white watch faces. It detracts a bit from the otherwise premium look. Still, with a case diameter of 42.3 mm and a thickness of 10.3 mm, the overall design is slim and refined, making it comfortable for wrists of all sizes. The push-button clasp adds to the convenience.

Titan Elixir review: Display

The Elixir features a 3.04 cm AMOLED display which I found quite vibrant, and its got a resolution of 390x390 pixels. Housed in a SS 316L stainless steel frame, the screen is crisp and offers ample brightness for both indoor and outdoor use. The "Always-On Display" option is a nice touch, giving you the choice between analogue and digital watch faces.

Titan provides five display styles – list, grid, crescent, cube and perspective. The latter two are rather interesting. Cube adds a playful, interactive element where information pages are arranged in a cube, allowing you to tilt and navigate them through touch. Whereas Perspective offers a sliding effect, letting you browse pages one at a time. The latter two stand out as fresh, innovative takes on smartwatch UI, and the animations feel smooth and responsive.

For personalisation, you can choose from a range of preloaded watch faces or upload your own image. I tried a nature-themed landscape, and the AMOLED display didn’t disappoint. The colours were vivid, and the details remained sharp, even with the brightness set to medium.

Titan Elixir review: Performance

The Titan Elixir smartwatch impresses with its well-rounded suite of features aimed at both utility and wellness. Core highlights include SOS calling, blood pressure monitoring, skin temperature tracking, and a range of sports modes.

The interface is straightforward and elevated by smooth animations. The rotatable crown serves as a home button and allows you to switch watch faces, though navigation through menus relies on the touch display. Swiping left or right on the main screen reveals a visually engaging quick menu, where rotating tiles provide easy access to essential tools such as fitness tracking, SpO2 and heart rate monitoring, sleep data, music controls, weather updates, and even games. While the crown's functionality is somewhat limited, the overall navigation experience remains intuitive and responsive.

Titan Elixir review: Smart features

The Elixir includes an AI Voice Assistant for hands-free commands, as well as a "Find Phone" feature and adjustable sound and vibration settings. Other practical additions include alarms, timers, weather updates, and remote control for your phone’s camera and music.

Bluetooth calling is a standout feature, delivering lag-free, crystal-clear audio. Thanks to dual side speakers and a discreet microphone, the person on the other end of the call would never guess you’re speaking through a watch. It's reliable and useful, especially for on-the-go users.

Another thoughtful addition is password protection, ensuring no one can access your watch without your consent. The accompanying app also offers detailed health tracking, displaying key metrics like steps, sleep activity, and more prominently on the dashboard, constantly reminding of the fitness goals.

The watch also supports period tracking via the app, which lets you log details like the start and end of the cycle, flow intensity, physical symptoms, and mood. The app then predicts the next period and ovulation dates, providing a complete women's health suite.

For lighter moments, the Elixir even comes with a built-in car racing game, perfect for killing time when your phone isn’t handy. The watch is IP68 rated, ensuring it’s dustproof and water-resistant. It also includes a flashlight—an unexpectedly handy tool for those low-light situations.

Titan Elixir review: Battery Life

One of the most impressive features of the Titan Elixir is its battery life. With a 350mAh battery, the watch easily lasts up to 10 days on a single charge, depending on usage. In my experience, it went a full week before needing a recharge, making it a dependable companion for long days and trips. However, if you opt for an always on display, it reduces by a day or two.

Verdict

The Titan Elixir smartwatch stands out for its design and reliable performance, with aesthetics being one of its strongest selling points. Its diamond-cut faceted glass and sleek build give it significant wrist presence, often drawing attention—a definite plus if style is a priority for you. While the crown navigation could be more functional and the bezel slightly narrower, the watch makes up for it with a clean UI, good display and battery life.

The fitness trackers, while functional, may not match the accuracy of those on flagship devices, so it’s wise to take the readings with a pinch of salt. Additionally, the absence of GPS might be a drawback for some users. So, if you value premium design and build quality over exhaustive fitness features, and don’t mind paying a bit extra for a more refined offering, the Titan Elixir is an excellent option.
