BMW M Drift Academy, the brand’s thrill-packed driving experience, is set to make its debut in India on April 26–27, 2025, at Raymonds Compound in Thane, Mumbai.
Built for petrolheads who want to master the art of controlled chaos, the academy offers a proper playground to learn drifting from BMW-certified pros. You’ll be sliding behind the wheel of the BMW M2 and M4. Along with tyre-shredding fun —it’s part of BMW’s #DriftResponsibly campaign, promoting skill-building and safe driving.
The two-day experience blends expert classroom lessons with hands-on track action. You’ll get to learn driving techniques, throttle control, initiating and maintaining drifts, half-circle and full-circle drifts in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions, as well as transition drifting on figure-eight layouts.
BMW Group India is also rolling out the red carpet for car lovers with their exclusive BMW M After Hours event. There’ll be drift demos, food, and live beats from The Yellow Diary, Karan Kanchan, and the electrifying DJ duo Prithvi B2B SMG.
