OnePlus has teamed up with HoYoverse to launch a smartphone like no other at MWC: the OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition. This special edition device is a dream come true for fans of the hit game, offering exclusive design elements inspired by the beloved character Keqing.
The OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition sports an Electro Violet colour inspired by the character Keqing. The back panel features a violet hue with silvery white feather motifs, paying homage to Keqing's appearance in the game. The phone's AG matte glass cover is adorned with an Electro Element and Keqing's lightning stiletto design. The frame of the phone incorporates a unique etching process called Electro Etching, which allows the text "KEQING" to be carved onto the top edge. When illuminated, this engraving can project the characters onto nearby surfaces.
The OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition comes in an exclusive gift box that includes collectible merchandise and accessories for Genshin Impact fans. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The smartphone also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ and has dual speakers with Dolby Atmos.
The smartphone is also optimised to accelerate game loading speeds, reducing wait times, and it features HyperTouch technology, boosting the touch response rate to 1000Hz for minimal latency. Oneplus says the phone has RAM-Vita memory performance accelerator, improving app booting and switching speeds. According to the tests by the OnePlus Lab ensure the phone can keep the Genshin Impact game app and up to 5 other apps running in the background for 72 hours. Thanks to the CPU-Vita tech of the Trinity Engine, the phone automatically adjusts CPU performance to maintain the optimal balance between high performance and low power consumption. It can run Genshin Impact at an average of 59.4 FPS for over an hour without overheating. The phone also features a New Cryo-velocity Cooling System with a Dual VC design for enhanced heat dissipation efficiency. Additionally, a 360-degree high-performance gaming antenna ensures reliable online connectivity.
The OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition is powered by an advanced Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset, 16GB RAM, and 256GB storage combo. The OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition will hit the shelves in India starting from March 19, with a price tag of ₹49,999.
