The Dreame Mova K10 Pro is a wet and dry vacuum that will clean up your act (and your floors)

No use crying over spilled milk, may as well clean it up.

Fancy a bit of tech that promises to banish both biscuit crumbs and spilled brew with equal assurance? Well, chums, Dreame Technology has lobbed its new Mova K10 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum onto the Indian market, and it's making some rather bold claims about effortless, "pro-level" cleaning. Now, we've heard that song and dance before, haven't we? But let's have a proper squint at what this gizmo is offering us.

First off, they're banging on about "powerful suction" – a 120,000 RPM motor apparently kicking out 15,000Pa. That’s enough to clean dust the size of an actual bunny, so hopefully, it'll deal with your average-sized dust bunnies without breaking a sweat (which it can also clean). The Dreame Mova K10 Pro also comes with smart dirt detection technology that supposedly adjusts the oomph depending on what kind of muck it encounters. Like it's got a tiny, discerning brain just for grime.

But here's where it gets a bit more interesting. This isn't just your run-of-the-mill dust devourer; it's a wet and dry number. Out here, we’re rather keen on a good old wet clean, and Dreame reckons this Mova K10 Pro is just the ticket for tackling spills, messes, and kitchen disasters, like when you’re making chutney and the cap flies off, or that time our intern thought he could juggle eggs. They've even slapped in a "twin scraper system" – one bit at the front to clean up any hair or dirt and another bit at the back to minimise puddles. Nifty.

And for those awkward nooks and crannies where dust likes to play hide-and-seek? Dreame claims this thing can get within 6mm of edges and corners. That’s almost surgical precision for a vacuum cleaner. No more of that annoying border of fluff left behind, then? We live and hope.

Battery life is always a bother, isn't it? But the Mova K10 Pro apparently boasts a sizeable tank for water (890ml) and a decent set of batteries that should give you a good half an hour of continuous cleaning in auto mode, covering a fair bit of floor space (up to 200m.sq). That should be enough to tackle most domestic disasters without needing a recharge halfway through.

Now, here's a touch of the future: it's got voice prompts to guide you and a little LED screen to keep you in the loop on battery and cleaning status. Quite fancy, eh? Weighing in at a mere 3.8kg, it shouldn't break your back lugging it about, and the self-propelled power traction sounds like a godsend for those of us who find pushing and pulling the thing a chore in itself. It claims to practically glide through the grime.

Dreame is backing this bad boy with a 1-year warranty and has set up a helpline for any issues. They even offer pick-up and drop and on-site repairs in over 165 cities. That’s what I call service! It can be yours for Rs. 19,999, and it’s available on Amazon India.
