Razer's introduced a fresh way to bring your PC gaming experience wherever you are with Razer PC Remote Play. Whether you're lounging with your phone, propped up with a tablet, or gripping a Windows handheld, this streaming platform lets your favourite games follow you around.
Razer says, unlike other streaming services that squish gameplay into rigid frames, Razer’s clever tech adapts to your device’s native resolution and refresh rate, meaning no black bars or cropping chaos. The platform is also said to deliver improved quality and lower latency courtesy of support for the AV1 codec.
The app isn’t picky about where your games come from—it streams titles from Steam, Epic Games, and PC Game Pass. All you need is a Windows 10 or 11 machine and a device running iOS 18 or Android 14 and up.
Controller freedom seems to make it stand out. You can go old-school with touch controls, slot in a Razer Kishi (or any iOS/Android-compatible gamepad), or even tap into full keyboard, mouse, and trackpad support when gaming on an iPad. Razer says if you pair it with the Kishi Ultra, your gameplay gets juicier— you’ll be able to experience tactile rumbles that sync with explosions, engine roar, or incoming blasts.

Getting started with Razer PC Remote Play is straightforward. Install the Razer Nexus and Razer PC Remote Play apps on your mobile device. On your PC, enable Remote Play through the Razer Cortex software, then sign in with your Razer ID to automatically link your phone and computer.
Once paired, connect your preferred controller— the Razer Kishi, Kishi Ultra, or any compatible iOS/Android gamepad—and you’re good to go. Your entire PC game library will be ready to stream straight to your phone or tablet.
Razer recommends a minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps for an ideal experience, with at least 15 Mbps bandwidth to keep gameplay smooth. The initial pairing requires both devices to be on the same network, and the app itself is completely free to download.
