It’s the Valentine’s Day weekend, so needless to say, our guide is a bit too heavy on love, relationships, etcetera. From delving deeper into relationships, moving on from tragedy to getting back on track after a breakup, our list has everything.
We don’t want you wasting a second wondering where to start or what to watch. So here’s a handy guide on the best new shows or movies to catch up this weekend across popular OTT streaming platforms.

Prime Video

Gehraiyaan
As the name suggests, Gehraiyaan is a highly anticipated Shakun Batra film that delves deep into the intricacies of human relationships, and is a mirror into modern adult relationships. Far from usual romantic films, it stars Deepika Padukone, Ananya Panday, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Dhairya Karwa in lead roles.
I Want You Back
This is a romantic comedy centred around two people in their 30s – Peter and Emma – who have one thing in common. They were both unceremoniously dumped by their respective partners. Heartbroken, both come with a hilarious plan to put things back on track – what could go possibly wrong?

Netflix

Inventing Anna
This limited series is all about Anna Delvey, a New York socialite slash con woman who managed to infiltrate and defraud the New York high society. The series by Shonda Rhimes delves into Delvey’s life as she stole the hearts (and money) while rising to the tables of the elite.

Disney+ Hotstar

Snowdrop
Starring K-Pop band Blackpink member Jisoo and actor Jung Hae-in, this K-drama is perfect for the Valentine’s Day weekend. Set in 1987, the series tells the story of Eun Yeong-ro, a woman who against her better judgement goes against her family and even her country to help the man she is in love with. But unbeknownst to her, this man has a harrowing secret that threatens to put her friend’s and family’s safety at risk.

Apple TV+

The Sky Is Everywhere
Based on the novel by Jandy Nelson, this Apple TV+ original movie is directed by filmmaker Josephine Decker. It is the story of Lennie Walker, a teenage musician, who’s trying her level best to keep it together after the sudden death of her older sister Bailey. What follows is a story about love, coming to terms with loss, and coming of age that is sure to tug on your heartstrings.
