Resident Evil

Television’s latest attempt to reprise the genre of zombie horror is seen in Resident Evil. A complex story taking place in two different time periods, the first being 2022. Nearly 30 years after the discovery of the T-virus, an outbreak reveals the Umbrella Corporation's dark secrets and forces sisters Billie and Jade apart after something horrific happens to Billie. The second takes place in London 2036, where we will bear witness as Jade attempts to survive and find out what happened to her sister and father.

Netflix’s latest Hindi movie, set in a small town in Madhya Pradesh, portrays the story of a young magician. He has no interest in football but somehow ends up having to lead his local team to success in a tournament in order to marry the love of his life. Directed by Sameer Saxena, the movie showcases an interesting blend of three very different subjects – magic, football, and love.

Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight

Since three movies weren’t enough to satisfy the masses when it comes to our beloved panda, Jack Black will reprise his role in the new TV show, Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight. It follows Po on his latest adventure to save the world as he attempts to redeem his lost reputation. Teaming up with an English knight, Wandering Blade, they will embark on a journey to stop a pair of notorious weasels.

If you are searching for a show that will keep you giggling for hours, don’t miss out on Comicstaan 3. A socially aware satirical film directed by Jai Basantu Singh. It follows the story of a young girl, Manokamna Tripathi (Nushrratt Bharuccha), as she crusades to take up the challenging job of selling condoms in a small town in MP, India. We are put in her shoes as she faces challenges amidst social taboos and takes on the resistance from her family and the entire town to help improve the women's lives.
