MWC 2023: What to expect from one of the biggest Mobile tech shows?

Get ready to be dazzled!

The 2023 edition of Mobile World Congress is approaching us, and we’re sure you’d be as excited as we are to know what this year has to offer. So based on all the buzzing on the internet, we’ve got you the latest and upcoming news about the MWC 2023. Read on to know what to expect, how to join and be tech(in)formed.

When, where and how to join?

Mobile World Congress is one of the biggest events in the world of mobile and just like past several years, this time too it is set to take place in Barcelona, precisely at the Fira Gran Via between February 27 and March 2. To be a part of the event, (well, of course we can’t all book a ticket to Barcelona) so you can register at the MWC official website or download the app, also keep checking its official social media handles.

What to expect?

Moving on to the exciting part, however most information about the looming launches is still shrouded in mystery; we can safely assume some of it based on patterns from previous years. To begin with, you’ll most definitely witness the next-gen OnePlus concept smartphone dubbed the Concept 2. And, there’ll be plenty of hardware from the likes of Realme, Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor, Lenovo, Nokia and Oppo along with interesting inputs from organisations like ARM, Intel, MediaTek, Google, Qualcomm and Microsoft.

Samsung, even though it had a pretty huge Galaxy Unpacked event recently, is expected to showcase new iterations of laptops or maybe even the smartwatch like last year it had a laptop-themed announcement. We also expect Huawei to play big this time as a spokesperson from the brand recently claimed “this will be Huawei’s largest year”, reportedly it has also taken up the entirety of Hall 1 at the Fira Gran Via Barcelona. So maybe there’s a new MateBook or the latest edition of its Kindle rival MatePad Paper e-reader. Ohh and Xiaomi is also yet to show the world its new op-end Xiaomi 13S Ultra, so who knows we get a glimpse of that too. Whatever there will be, we assure to bring it to you: Our dear readers at the soonest! So stay tuned!
