It’s raining new products thanks to Xiaomi. Apart from the Mix Fold 2 and the humanoid robot prototype, the company has brought something just a bit more affordable and practical. The Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro is an upgraded variant of the Watch S1 that debuted last December.
Sporting a 46mm circular dial and a stainless steel unibody, the watch comes with a digital crown and an almost invisible button on the right side of the device. The 1.47-inch AMOLED display features 480 x 480-pixel resolution and 600 nits peak brightness.
When it comes to tracking and monitoring your health, the Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro is equipped with a 24-hour heart rate monitor and SpO2 sensor. It can also track sleep patterns, stress levels and skin temperature. The wearable packs in more than 100 workout modes, with built-in GPS for recording outdoor activities like cycling and running and a 5ATM water resistance rating.
On the inside, the watch is powered by a 12nm processor that claims to offer an ultra-long battery life. To further support this claim, the watch packs in a 500mAh battery that is capable of delivering up to 15 days of battery on a full charge. The smartwatch is equipped with support for third-party applications and runs on MIUI. It lets you control music playback, Xiaomi televisions, flashlights and more. As you’d expect it comes with Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC connectivity support.
The Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro does support magnetic charging as well as reverse charging with a compatible phone. It is priced at ¥1,499 (₹17,745 approx.) and comes in Vitron, stainless steel, and leather straps. The smartwatch is currently only available in China though.
