Nothing has officially set the date for its highly anticipated flagship smartphone, the Phone (3). You can mark your calendars for July 1st. While details on its evolving design remain under wraps, teaser photos hint at new visual elements like RGB lighting or a display component on the rear. This could involve a more modular aesthetic or functional components built into the design.
Teaser visuals also suggest a new visual identity, potentially involving a dot-matrix or pixel-based display on the back. Retro-styled animations, a pixelated “3”, and arcade-inspired motifs point to a nostalgic yet futuristic aesthetic. The Phone (3) is expected to introduce a more refined and premium build. Close-up images hint at a dual-texture back panel with a distinctive, integrated button and a textured finish.
Leaks suggest the device may feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The Phone (3) is also expected to feature a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, offering high brightness levels of up to 3,000 nits.
