OnePlus announces doorstep pickup and drop for repairs and service, now available in over 19,000 pincodes

Targeting better support in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities

OnePlus has rolled out a wider after-sales support initiative in India with the introduction of its doorstep pickup and drop service for device servicing. Now available in over 19,000 pincodes, the service aims to make repairs and maintenance more accessible—particularly for customers in smaller towns and remote areas.

The facility is open to all OnePlus smartphone users, including those with expired warranties. It covers a variety of issues—both hardware and software—and offers benefits like free device collection and return, basic diagnostics, software upgrades, and waived service fees on select repairs under certain conditions. 

OnePlus will cover pickup, diagnosis, and delivery—at no extra cost for logistics. While out-of-warranty devices may still incur repair costs depending on the issue, OnePlus waives service charges during select windows like its Service Camp. Pickups can be scheduled through multiple touchpoints, including call centres, the official website’s live chat, verified WhatsApp support, and email-based customer care.

As part of its customer-first approach, the brand is also running a nationwide Service Camp from June 20 to June 30, 2025. During this window, users can get free device check-ups and software updates, with waived service fees for eligible out-of-warranty repairs.
