BenQ's GV50 is a portable projector you can take anywhere you want

Stadium size IPL view, stadium feeling excluded

BenQ has just dropped its latest bit of kit, and it's designed to turn any space into a movie theatre. The BenQ GV50 Smart FHD Laser portable projector boasts ultra-flexible projection angles and a whole host of features to give you the "ultimate comfortable viewing experience" on a massive 120-inch screen.

In our hectic urban lives, chilling out is super important, and BenQ reckons the GV50 is the perfect tool for the job. This projector can transform any room into a cosy cinema, and with Google TV and built-in Netflix, you've got instant access to all your favourite shows and films.  The GV50 is the new flagship in BenQ’s portable projector lineup. While keeping the 135° vertical projection flexibility that BenQ’s GV series is known for, this new model bumps things up with increased brightness and a Laser Light Source (with a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours) for extra sharp images.

Setting up the GV50 should be a breeze, thanks to intelligent screen adaptation tech like auto-focus, auto 2D keystone correction, and obstacle avoidance. This means you should get a great picture regardless of the size of the room or the surface you're projecting onto. And if you want to use it on the go, the GV50 has you covered with 150 minutes of video playtime or 280 minutes of Bluetooth music playback.

So, what are some of its key features? The GV50 serves up 1080p resolution, a laser light source, and powerful 18W 2.1ch speakers for a take-it-anywhere experience. It's got BenQ’s trademark CinematicColor and CinematicSound technologies. The GV50 has 709 colour precision, HDR/HLG support, and a bright 500 ANSI lumens. The GV50 can project a 120-inch Full HD image. It also boasts an in-built 18W speaker system with extra bass. Google TV and Netflix are built into the GV50, so you can stream away. There's also a 22.4ms input lag for casual gaming, USB-C data transmission, DisplayPort output, and power delivery for mobile devices and the Nintendo Switch. The GV50's design lets you project from pretty much any angle, thanks to its omnidirectional angle versatility, two-stage tilt projection, digital zoom, and digital H/V lens shift.

The BenQ GV50 will be available on the BenQ E-store and Amazon starting from April 22nd. You can pre-book it now and snag a special launch price of ₹69,990 until April 22nd, exclusively on the BenQ E-store & Amazon.
