Following in the footsteps of Asus and HP, Acer is jumping into the Copilot+ party with its debut notebook, the Swift 14 AI. Powered by the mighty Snapdragon X Elite, this device packs 12 high-performance CPU cores on a 4nm process node, a Qualcomm Adreno GPU pushing 3.8 TFLOPS, and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU flexing with 45 TOPS.
The Swift 14 AI's Copilot+ features include Recall, Live Captions, Cocreator, Auto Super Resolution, Windows Studio Effects, and a dedicated Copilot key for quick access. The device also sports a distinctive design, it features an AI icon on the cover and an Activity Indicator on the touchpad that lights up during use.
The 14.5-inch WQXGA (2560×1600) IPS display comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB colour gamut support. You can opt for an edge-to-edge touchscreen, and TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe Certification 2.0 keeps your eyes comfy by reducing blue light without sacrificing colour accuracy. Plus, the laptop’s 180-degree hinge lets you use it in various modes.
The laptop comes equipped with a 1440p QHD IR webcam, a triple microphone array, and a privacy shutter. It supports Acer’s AI-enhanced conferencing tools — Acer PurifiedView 2.0 and Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0. You can also calibrate these tools with Acer QuickPanel, which pops up when the webcam or microphone is activated. Plus, a dedicated key gives you instant access to the AcerSense app for managing your device and AI features.
The Swift 14 AI packs up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 memory and up to 1 TB NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD, giving you plenty of speed and storage. Its 75Wh battery promises up to 16 hours of juice and supports fast charging for when you're on the go. For secure access, the laptop supports Windows Hello for biometric and facial recognition login.
Connectivity-wise, it supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, offering speeds up to 5.8 Gbps and latency under 2 ms. It also features a variety of ports, including two USB Type-C and two USB 3.2 Type-A. The Acer Swift 14 AI starts at $1099 (approx ₹99,700).
