Acer just launched two eco-friendly Vero projectors — the HL6810 and HL6810ATV. Acer says the projectors are designed to enhance the home entertainment experience while also reducing environmental impact. They feature a mercury-free hybrid light source and use post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic in their chassis. Plus, the devices come with 4K UHD resolution and HDR10 compatibility.
These projectors offer 4000 ANSI lumens thanks to their laser/LED hybrid light source. With a dynamic contrast ratio of 50,000:1 and compatibility with HDR10/HLG, the projectors come with a promise to deliver a vivid spectrum of colours and spot-on brightness. Plus, with four modes to cater to different content types, you're guaranteed a picture-perfect experience every time, as per Acer.
The HL6810ATV comes with an Acer-exclusive Android TV-embedded dongle design, giving you the power to control your smart home right from your projector. Plus, it supports streaming applications like Netflix and YouTube. And, you can control it all with just your voice using the dedicated remote or your smartphone.
Both the Acer projectors promise an up to 30,000-hour lifespan and are IP5X-rated for durability. The projectors come with Acer BlueLight Shield tech to protect your eyes. They include an HDMI 2.0 port for external speakers and amplifiers, Blu-ray 3D support, and power-saving modes for energy efficiency. The Acer Vero HL6810ATV starts at EUR 1,699 (approx ₹1,53,400) and the Acer Vero HL6810 starts at EUR 1,599 (approx ₹1,44,400).
