Apple Music now lets you mix straight from its catalogue

Apple Music is teaming up with some of the biggest names in DJ software and hardware, striking deals with AlphaTheta, Serato, Algoriddim, Engine DJ, Denon DJ, Numark, and Rane DJ. The move means both bedroom beatmakers and pro-level DJs can now pull tracks straight from Apple Music to craft their sets—provided they’re subscribed to the service, of course.

Apple Music is also rolling out a dedicated DJ category page, with curated playlists for mixing, curator pages showcasing DJ software and hardware partners, and a selection of mixes for inspiration or practice. This update weaves Apple Music into the DJ workflow, giving selectors instant access to a vast library of tracks.
