Apple Music has rolled out its much-anticipated Replay 2024 experience, giving you a chance to look back on your musical journey this year. The feature tracks your top artists, songs, and listening trends, offering a neat snapshot of your music tastes.
The new Replay 2024 experience digs a bit deeper into your music habits, offering detailed insights into your top artists, songs, and listening patterns. Subscribers can now see if they've made it into the Top 500 or Top 1000 listeners of their favourite artists or genres, and discover their monthly musical preferences.
A cool upgrade is the addition of animated highlight reels, complete with background music, letting you visually relive your musical journey. You can also share your personalised Replay highlights on social media to flaunt your top songs and artists with friends and followers. Plus, you can compare your 2024 playlist to last year’s, showing exactly how your tastes have evolved. To check out your 2024 Replay, just visit music.apple.com/replay or open the Apple Music app.
Artists can also celebrate their 2024 milestones with new Replay insights available on their Apple Music for Artists dashboard. These include Total Minutes, showing how many minutes Apple Music users spent listening to their tracks this year; Total Listeners, tracking how many people streamed their music; Top Cities, revealing where their tunes were most popular; and Top Shazam, which tells them the track that got discovered the most via Shazam in 2024.
