Aston Martin DBX 707 unveiled with power and performance upgrades

From Britain with love

A great villain usually has a lair in the middle of nowhere, and the likes of James Bond have to reach there to save the world. In order to get there on time and with relative comfort, such heroes need a suitable set of go-anywhere wheels. Enter Aston Martin DBX 707.
The flagship model in the DBX range comes with a raft of mechanical and styling upgrades, making it the most powerful luxury SUV in the world. Under the hood is a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 monster that produces 707hp of power and an eye-watering 900Nm of peak torque. It is mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox.
All this means, this luxury SUV can go from 0-100kph in just 3.3 seconds, which will come in handy when chasing the bad guys. Along with power, there’s a lot of comfort, courtesy of an updated air suspension.

In terms of styling, Aston Martin has gone all out with an aggressive look, starting with that massive front grille. Adding some more character to the front are a new set of daytime running lights. As for the back, there’s a new spoiler, a larger rear diffuser, and a quad-exhaust system. You get 22in alloy wheels as standard, which can be upgraded to 23 inchers.
Aston Martin hasn’t revealed the prices, but has said that deliveries will begin in mid-2022. To add some context, the standard Aston Martin DBX was launched in India last year with a price tag of ₹3.82 crore (ex-showroom).
