Asus’s latest ExpertBook B series has three business laptop models

Goes all-in on AI, durability, and protection features!

Asus is doubling down on business-first computing with its new ExpertBook B-Series lineup—covering the ExpertBook B1, B3, and B5—designed for hybrid work, enterprise security, and future-ready performance. Whether you’re a desk warrior, field operator, or mid-flight multitasker, these machines are aimed right at you.

Under the hood, the lineup is powered by up to Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 2 processors with Intel vPro Enterprise support, packing enough muscle for heavy workflows while keeping IT teams happy with remote manageability and top-tier reliability, as per Asus. ExpertMeet, baked right into the devices, handles real-time translation, meeting summaries, and voice clarity enhancements—all on-device, keeping your conversations snappy and secure without relying on the cloud.

Asus also brings worry-free scalability, with dual SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 64GB of DDR5-5600MHz RAM, and dual NVMe Gen 4 SSDs with RAID 0/1 support. Plus, you get a full spread of I/O, Thunderbolt 4 (standard on the B5, optional on the B3), HDMI, USB-C, RJ45, Smart Card Reader, MicroSD slot, and optional 4G/5G cellular connectivity.

On the security front, the series is armed with Asus ExpertGuardian, which includes Discrete TPM 2.0, a Self-Healing BIOS, Optical Chassis Intrusion Alert, fingerprint login, IR facial recognition, and a 1-year McAfee Premium subscription—all layered to meet enterprise security standards.

Asus is also backing its “worry-free durability” claim with 24 MIL-STD 810H certifications, 150+ internal tests, and hardware that can take a beating – up to 9kg port pressure, 28kg lid pressure, and spill resistance up to 78cc. Even the hinge is tested to survive 50,000 open-close cycles.

Displays get a welcome upgrade.. ExpertBook B3 and B5 models feature up to 16-inch 2.5K anti-glare IPS panels with a 144Hz refresh rate, 400 nits of brightness, and TÜV Rheinland certification. The more budget-conscious ExpertBook B1 offers a 15.6-inch 16:9 IPS display at 300 nits.

Keeping the devices powered is a 3-cell 63Wh battery promising up to 10 hours of uptime, paired with a 65W USB-C fast charger that supports USB-PD, PPS, and wide voltage compatibility (yes, even your power bank will do in a pinch).
