Backbone says the device features ultra-responsive analogue triggers, precise thumbsticks, and a tactile D-pad for smooth control. Other handy additions include charge-and-play support, ultra-low latency, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a compact, foldable design for gaming on the go. It also supports remote play for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC games, and with Xbox Game Pass, you can play titles like Forza Horizon 5, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, and Starfield directly on your phone—no console or PC required.
The controller comes in two versions – a USB-C model for iPhone 15/16 and Android devices, and a Lightning model for older iPhones. There’s also a PlayStation Edition, developed in collaboration with PlayStation, alongside the classic black variant.
