Amazfit has rolled out two new wearables—the Balance 2 smartwatch and the Helio Strap, a screen-free band focused on fitness, recovery, and sleep tracking. The Balance 2 is built for multi-sport training and offers detailed performance metrics, while the Helio Strap adds more precision in areas like heart rate, fatigue levels, and recovery insights. When used together, the Balance 2 and Helio Strap offer deeper, more accurate health data, all neatly pulled into the Zepp app. No extra subscriptions or third-party platforms needed.
Balance 2 smartwatch and Helio Strap make Amazfit’s most feature-packed combo yet
Straightforward, integrated setup across Amazfit’s ecosystem!

Balance 2 smartwatch
The Balance 2 is also the first Amazfit watch to include three dedicated HYROX modes, designed for the global race that mixes running with functional fitness. These let you plan and track intervals, heart rate zones, and recovery with data syncing directly to the Zepp app. With 170+ sport modes—from gym sessions and cycling to swimming and pickleball—the Balance 2 is aimed squarely at users with varied training routines.
The watch also debuts a BioCharge Score, which tracks your energy levels in real time by analysing sleep, stress, naps, and activity—useful for managing recovery and avoiding burnout. Health tracking gets an upgrade too, with detailed insights into heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, and sleep quality.
For runners, there’s support for offline map downloads. Golfers aren’t left out either—the Balance 2 offers an in-depth golfing mode with over 40,000 course maps, plus features like swing feedback, hazard warnings, and pin placement tools, making it Amazfit’s most feature-rich watch yet.
The Amazfit Balance 2 features a 1.5-inch AMOLED display protected by scratch-resistant Sapphire glass, with peak brightness of 2,000 nits. It’s rated 10ATM water-resistant, making it suitable for both freediving and scuba diving up to 45 metres. Battery life stretches up to 21 days on a single charge, per the brand.
The Helio Strap
The Helio Strap is a screen-free fitness tracker built to minimise distractions while capturing your health and workout data in the background. It pairs with devices like the Amazfit Balance 2 and Helio Ring, syncing everything to the Zepp app—no subscriptions needed. The strap also introduces Amazfit’s BioCharge Score, giving you a snapshot of your overall energy based on sleep, stress, and activity.
According to Amazefit, battery life is solid at 10 days, with continuous heart rate monitoring and 27 workout modes, covering everything from running and cycling to HIIT, yoga, and gym training. Strength athletes get extra tools too, with tracking for reps, sets, and rest intervals, plus a dedicated HYROX Race Mode for structured, race-specific training.
The Amazfit Balance 2 is priced at $300 (approx. Rs.25,000), while the Helio Strap comes in at $99 (approx. Rs.8,200). For those looking to pick up both, Amazfit is also offering a bundle deal that includes the smartwatch and strap together for $380 (approx. Rs. 31,700).
