BenQ’s Board Pro RP04 and Board Master RM04 smart board come integrated with Google Mobile Services (GMS)

Google ecosystem right on your smart board

BenQ's next generation smart boards – Board Pro RP04 and the Board Master RM04 come integrated with Google Mobile Services (GMS), equipping them with the full power of Google's suite of applications, and they’re officially certified under the Google Enterprise Devices Licensing Agreement (EDLA).

With GMS support, these new BenQ smart boards are a gateway to a wealth of Google services, including Google Drive, Maps, Meet, and YouTube. You can install and utilise Google Workspace apps such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides directly from Google Play. It's kind of like having the entire Google ecosystem at your fingertips, right on your smart board.

The smart boards come loaded with tools like EZWrite 6, a whiteboarding software that empowers both businesses and educators to conduct sessions with specialised tools. There's also InstaShare 2, a wireless screen sharing solution that lets up to nine people share and control their screens simultaneously.

They also offer text-to-speech functionality, which is a useful tool for the visually impaired. Additionally, these boards provide multilingual translation capabilities, ensuring diverse language support. Another feature is Optical Character Recognition (OCR), which can transform images and documents into editable text. These features are particularly helpful in assisting the visually impaired.

BenQ also says they’ve gone the extra mile to ensure data security by providing encrypted network communications and proxy-level security features for these boards. Their cloud services are hosted on a secure AWS cloud infrastructure. The BenQ Board Pro RP04 and the Board Master RM04 will hit the market starting in January 2024.
