CES 2024: Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i and Yoga 9i 2-in-1 come with dedicated Lenovo AI Core Chip

All hail AI!

At CES 2024, Lenovo pulled the curtain back on the upgraded Yoga Pro 9i and Yoga 9i 2-in-1, and (unsurprisingly), they're also diving headfirst into the AI just like everyone else. The Yoga Pro 9i and 9i 2-in-1 laptops come equipped with a specialised Lenovo AI Core Chip, empowering them with onboard artificial intelligence.

Both the devices also feature a dedicated Windows Copilot button from Microsoft integrated into their keyboards. Moreover, this new laptop duo is bundled with the Lenovo Yoga Creator Zone, an image creation suite powered by generative AI.

The 2024 models maintain their military-spec durability rating (MIL-STD-810H), and both devices receive an upgrade to the latest Intel Core Ultra processors. The Yoga Pro 9i offers options up to Intel Core Ultra 5 / 7 / 9 H Series, while the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 showcases Intel Evo Edition powered by the Core Ultra 7 processor.

The Yoga Pro 9i features a 16-inch display, with a choice between IPS or mini LED panels, coupled with up to a GeForce 4070 Laptop GPU, 64GB of RAM, and 1TB storage. Weighing around 2.1kg, it's equipped with a 5MP webcam.

Meanwhile, the updated Yoga 9i 2-in-1 features a 14-inch screen, utilising PureSight OLED 2.8K or 4K OLED technology, and includes a magnetically attached Slim pen. The Yoga Pro 9i will be priced starting at $1,700 (approximately ₹1,41,000), while the 9i 2-in-1 will start at $1,450 (approximately ₹1,20,000).
