CMF has debuted its first wireless headphones, the CMF Headphone Pro. It inherits elements like a multi-function roller control from Nothing’s Headphone 1, but the design language here is entirely different. Instead of the angular, boxy silhouette of its sibling, CMF opts for a softer aesthetic with rounded earcups, plush cushioning, and a generously padded headband.
One of the standout additions is the Energy Slider, a hardware control that lets users tweak treble and bass levels on the fly, no app required. Alongside it, the Pro includes a customisable action button, set via the Nothing X app, and a circular power/Bluetooth key.
The multi-function roller takes care of essentials like volume, track navigation, and ambient sound control. And, instead of relying on swipe gestures or touchpads, CMF goes old-school with physical, tactile controls for a more deliberate user experience.
The CMF Headphone Pro comes equipped with adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC), which adjusts its noise-suppressing power depending on how loud your surroundings are. However, this smart feature does impact battery life. According to CMF, the built-in 720mAh cell delivers up to 100 hours of listening time on a single charge, though that drops to about 50 hours when ANC is active.
Buyers can pick from three understated finishes – dark gray, light green, and light gray – and even personalize their headphones with $25 (approx. Rs. 2200) swappable ear cushions available in bright orange or light green for a pop of color. The Headphone Pro is priced at $99 (approx. RS. 8500).
