Colorful's latest Epoch Series, led by Epoch 14, is designed for business pros and content creators. The device has a sleek and portable design with an all-metal chassis. The notebook is 17.9mm thick and weighs 1 kilogram, and features a CNC-machined aluminium unibody.
The Epoch 14 notebook comes with a 14-inch QHD display (2560 x 1600), a 165Hz refresh rate, and a 16:10 aspect ratio. With 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage and a maximum brightness of 500 nits, you can expect promising visuals. The laptop also features a tempered glass touchpad and an LED-lit keyboard with adjustable brightness. Rounding out the features are a 1MP HD video camera for video calls and a stereo speaker system.
The device is powered by the 13th Gen Intel Core i9 processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPUs, capable of delivering a 686 TOPS, as per the brand. Colorful also claims that the laptop is further enhanced by Tensor Cores, which provide a significant boost to AI performance. It supports up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 storage.
The Epoch 14 also features an array of ports, including HDMI 2.1, USB-C, two USB A Gen 3.2, and an audio jack, ensuring connectivity to your peripherals. Plus, you can stay connected with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, and power up quickly with the 150W charger and 58Whr battery. The Colorful Epoch 14 is available in two colour options – Deep Ocean Blue and Silvery White for a starting price of $1359 (approx ₹1,13,315).
