MSI’s Prestige 13 AI+ Ukiyo-e Edition is as much a gallery piece as it is a powerhouse, cloaked in a design that pays homage to Hokusai’s legendary The Great Wave off Kanagawa. The artistry is concentrated on the lid, where MSI uses Japan’s traditional Yamanaka lacquer technique to breathe dimension into the waves. The finish catches the light with a glossy, near-sculptural texture, giving the crests a fluid, almost 3D presence.
Weighing in at around 980 grams, the Prestige 13 is crafted from a magnesium alloy chassis that keeps it light without compromising on strength, as per MSI. Under its exterior, the MSI Prestige 13 AI+ Ukiyo-e Edition features Intel’s Core Ultra 7 258V processor from the Lunar Lake family, paired with Intel Arc 140V graphics.
Onboard is a potent NPU delivering up to 48 TOPS. The display is a 13.3-inch 2.8K OLED panel. Inside, there’s up to 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD. MSI claims up to 13 hours of battery life, helped along by its intelligent AI Engine, which dynamically adjusts performance and power use.
Connectivity is future-proofed with two Thunderbolt 4 ports, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4. Meanwhile, the Cooler Boost 3 system keeps thermals in check quietly, and the tough chassis is built to handle real-world knocks.
The Prestige 13 AI+ Ukiyo-e Edition is priced around $1799 (approx. Rs.1,49,800).
