Formovie’s latest Theater Premium is an ultra-short throw projector that projects an expansive 150-inch display — because why settle for a tiny screen when you can have your own cinema-sized drama? The projector, as per Formovie, features a throw ratio of 0.21:1, enabling it to project a 150-inch screen from 42 cm (16.5 inches) away from the wall.
The Theater Premium supports 4K resolution and is compatible with Dolby Vision and HDR10 content, including Blu-ray and other sources, with added support for HDR10+ decoding. For audio, It’s got dual 15W Bowers & Wilkins speakers, featuring a 990cc sound chamber, and comes with support for Dolby Atmos and DTS.

At the core of the Theater Premium lies Formovie’s ALPD (Advanced Laser Phosphor Display) 4.0 RGB+ triple-laser technology, designed to elevate image quality with a wider colour gamut and deeper contrasts, according to the brand. This triple-laser system delivers over 2,200 lumens of brightness and a 3,000:1 contrast ratio, making it ideal for use in even well-lit rooms.
It comes integrated with Google TV so you get access to major streaming platforms, and it has built-in Google Assistant and Wi-Fi 6 tech.
The Formovie Theater Premium is priced at ₹4,75,000.
