Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is the thinnest Galaxy Tab to date

Galaxy Tab S11 is out now!

Samsung has taken the wraps off its latest tablets, the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Both models run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip with Android 16 running One UI 8. Screen sizes set the two apart – the Tab S11 carries an 11-inch display, while the Ultra stretches out to 14.6 inches. Each one uses a Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with 120Hz refresh rate, Full HD+ resolution, and peak brightness up to 1,600 nits. The Ultra also adds an anti-reflection coating.

The S11 measures 5.5mm thick and weighs 469g, while the Ultra is slightly lighter in profile at 5.1mm, though larger overall at 692g. Each model combines a glass front with an aluminium unibody, backed by an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

The Galaxy Tab S11 carries a single 13MP camera, while the Ultra adds a second lens with an 8MP ultrawide alongside the same 13MP main sensor. Both tablets share a 12MP ultrawide front camera for video calls and selfies.

Power comes from an 8400mAh battery in the Tab S11 and an 11,600mAh battery in the Ultra, both supporting 45W fast charging.

The Galaxy Tab S11 series arrives with Samsung’s latest Galaxy AI tools like Gemini Live, Drawing Assist, Writing Assist, and Circle to Search, all aimed at streamlining everyday tasks and boosting productivity. The lineup also benefits from an improved Samsung DeX with Extended Mode. Both the Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra are offered in grey and Silver finishes.

The redesigned S Pen stands out with a cone-shaped tip that improves tilt recognition and precision, alongside a hexagonal grip for more natural handling. Features like Quick Tools simplify on-the-fly adjustments, while Sticky Note lets users capture thoughts or annotations directly in Samsung Notes without switching apps.
