Google Pixel Watch 4 launched in India for Rs. 39,900

Google has expanded its lineup beyond phones with the launch of the Pixel Watch 4, the direct successor to the Watch 3. Available in 41mm and 45mm sizes, it introduces a refreshed design, a domed display, faster charging, and advanced health and fitness tracking.

The smartwatch debuts an Actua 360 display with a subtle curve that delivers a 10% larger active area and creates an edgeless look with 16% slimmer bezels, as per Google. Brightness is 3,000 nits, making it 50% brighter than before.

Most importantly, the Pixel Watch 4 is now repairable, a first in the Pixel Watch family. Instead of replacing the entire watch in case of issues, users can finally get it serviced, marking a big step toward durability and sustainability.

The Pixel Watch 4 runs on WearOS 6, bringing the full power of Gemini AI to your wrist. You now get AI-powered Smart Replies, the Material 3 Expressive UI optimised for its circular display, and a new way to interact — just raise your wrist to summon Gemini, no button presses or “Hey Google” needed. That means quick answers and assistance even when your hands are full.

Google has also boosted the battery game. The 41mm model lasts up to 30 hours, while the 45mm version stretches to 40 hours, about 25% longer than before. Charging is faster too, thanks to a redesigned charging dock where the watch simply rests for top-ups.

On the wellness front, the watch takes health and fitness tracking a step further. Sleep tracking is now 18% more accurate, breaking down each stage of your sleep cycle. A new Skin Temperature sensor adds another layer of insight, helping you spot changes in your overall well-being.

The Pixel Watch 4 is built smarter, as well as tougher. It’s water-resistant up to 50 meters and, for the first time, comes with a replaceable battery and display, making it serviceable instead of disposable. Google has also redesigned the charging system, shifting the connectors to the side for faster, more efficient top-ups.
