When 2-in-1 laptops first appeared, people were sceptical about tucking the keyboard away to transform it into a tablet. Well, now it's time for 3-in-1 devices. The latest to grace the category is HPs Spectre Foldable PC, a 3-in-1 device that transitions between a laptop, tablet, and desktop.
It boasts a foldable 17-inch display, offering 500-nits of brightness, stylus support, and VESA True Black HDR 500 certification. With a simple fold, it transforms into a 12.3-inch panel, plus its built-in kickstand ensures clean transitions between laptop and tablet modes.
The laptop offers custom Windows 11 Snap options making it easy for you to organise open windows and apps on the screen, thus maximising the workspace for better productivity and multitasking. The tailored Snap options also ensure clean transitions between various usage modes.
The Spectre Fold is powered by a 12th-generation Intel Core i7-1250U processor, complete with Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics. With 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, this device ensures the performance and space you need for your tasks. When it comes to battery life, HP says the Spectre Fold can go on for up to 12 hours in laptop mode and up to 11 hours in desktop mode.
As for the pricing, the Spectre Fold is available for $4,999 in the US (approximately ₹4.2 lakh). We're still waiting for information about its availability in India, but rest assured, we'll keep you updated as soon as we have more details; till then you know what to do. Keep stuffin’ right?
