Our favourite friendly neighbourhood Ambani has saved the day for users who only consume Netflix via password sharing. Jio just announced a Netflix subscription for Prepaid users. Netflix has been available for select Jio Postpaid and Jio Fiber plans for quite a while now so this is good news as Jio plans to increase its clientele by providing a Netflix subscription for Prepaid mobile plans for the first time ever. They claim to provide over 400 million prepaid users with the option of availing a Netflix subscription through a Jio prepaid bundled plan.
Jio is providing two plans with a Netflix subscription valued at ₹1099 and ₹1499. The ₹1099 plan aims to give a Netflix mobile subscription, unlimited 5G speeds, 2GB/day data and unlimited calling. The ₹1499 plan provides the same but with a Netflix basic account and with 3GB/day data. Both plans are valid for 84 days giving you a quarter of a year's worth of binging your favourite shows.
